Resveratrol Glaze for Pork LoinThis glaze contains resveratrol juice, which is an incredible antioxidant. Found most prominently in red wine, the nonalcoholic juice is great for kids and can be enjoyed right out of the bottle.
½ c. Genesis Today Resveratrol Juice
½ c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Use enough sugar so the glaze is the thickness of BBQ sauce. Using a basting brush, coat roast pork or pork chops, as desired, before cooking.
If using as a glaze for a roast, save enough to re-baste throughout baking time.
