Lean a Colada Smoothie

Coconut water contains more potassium than sports drinks and is a great post-workout choice.

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 c fresh or frozen pineapple
¼ tsp. coconut extract
½ c coconut water
Agave Nectar or other sweetener (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Sip away to replenish and nourish you.
